Clarion Fairbanks

Clarion Hotel & Suites Fairbanks (Alaska) – The Clarion Hotel & Suites Fairbanks is a 128-room hotel that serves both business travelers and tourists. After using Hospitality WiFi’s Choice Hotels-approved HSIA solution, the hotel’s sysadmin wanted a solution that would ease logins for guests while restricting use only to guests in order to manage better the high costs of bandwidth usage. With the cloud-based Choice Advantage/SkyTouch PMS interface, guests are finding it easier to sign in, and they no longer have to keep asking for the password or login assistance. The hotel has also been able to save on bandwidth costs by limiting use to guests only.

BW Covington

Best Western Covington (LA) – The Best Western in Covington, LA, is a 72-room hotel located about ½ hour north of New Orleans. The hotel was having some difficulties with their guest WiFi and was not meeting the brand-mandated threshold for HSIA guest satisfaction. With their new solution, not only have complaints essentially disappeared, but also the hotel’s guest satisfaction scores for WiFi have increased by about 35%, reflecting happier guests and less stress for staff and management.

Manila MNLCP and MNLGL

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria – The Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and the Holiday Inn Manila Galleria are co-located hotels within the same business complex in metro Manila in the Philippines. To provide an enhanced guest experience for their well-travelled guests, the hotels needed to offer higher speeds and stable Internet across the entire property, as well as comprehensive support and management for the new solution.

Comfort Inn Augusta

Comfort Inn, Augusta, ME – When Choice Hotels updated their HSIA brand standards, the Comfort Inn Augusta (Maine) wished to improve the quality of their WiFi network and guest satisfaction. They chose Hospitality WiFi, a Choice Hotels Qualified Vendor for HSIA, because of their ongoing experience with Hospitality WiFi at other hotels managed by the Giri team.

Comfort Inn, Rockland, MA – This property in the greater Boston area needed to ensure compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards. They chose Hospitality WiFi, a Choice Hotels Qualified Vendor for HSIA, because of their ongoing experience with Hospitality WiFi at other hotels managed by the Giri team.

Comfort Inn, Schaumburg, IL – This hotel recently transitioned from another hotel flag. As part of that process, the owners needed to ensure compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards and to add features to meet increasing guest expectations.

Best Western Inn at the Meadows – This hotel in the Portland/Vancouver area had unsatisfactory ratings and was on probation when the new owners took over. Hospitality WiFi implemented a new solution that has yielded ratings consistently well above benchmark.

Best Western Inn at Hunt’s Landing – WNW Hospitality Management acquired this tourism-centered property and needed to update everything, including the WiFi. Hospitality WiFi, a Best Western Endorsed Supplier for HSIA, helped with a solution that turned poor ratings into rave reviews.

Campgrounds and other difficult terrain – In this article, we address the difficulties of providing WiFi in difficult terrain, along with some ways of addressing these issues.

Lakeside Chautauqua

Lakeside Chautauqua – In this article, we discuss the solution we provided for Lakeside Chautauqua, an historic campground and recreation facility on the shores of Lake Erie in northern Ohio. The existing WiFi solution was not aging gracefully, and the project had several unusual challenges, including the need to preserve the historic look and feel of the property while supporting hundreds of users across a multi-building campus.

IHG Grupo Real

Real Hotels and Resorts (IHG LATAM) – A group of luxury hotels under the IHG flag in several Latin American countries needed to upgrade their HSIA solution to meet newly-established brand standards. Real Hotels and Resorts group was also opening a new property in Santo Domingo, and the timing was perfect to launch the updated solution across all of their properties, but there were as yet no certified HSIA partners for LATAM.
