Jason Szuch

President/CEO

Jason Szuch

Jason Szuch began his career in the Hospitality field and has previously served as a Hotel General Manager. He has owned 3 other successful technology start-ups for the last 20+ years. One of these is Hospitality WiFi, which has grown to become one of the largest independent wireless companies serving the Hospitality marketplace today.

​

Jason’s strengths include public speaking, team building, vision casting, and organizational leadership. He is a subject matter expert on CCTV, wireless networking, security, software applications, and wireless Internet.

​

In addition to his professional contributions, Jason has volunteered his time over the last 14 years ministering to college and high school students at his local church. He resides in Lima, Ohio, and is married to Lora, his high school sweetheart. They have three children, Ilona, Moriah, and Ryker.

Miguel Rojas Campos

Vice President of Global Business Development

Miguel Rojas Campos

Miguel Rojas Campos joined our sister company SAY Security in 2007 as part of its Technical Support team, also performing Sales Management functions for the Spanish-speaking market. In 2015 he accepted an additional role in Hospitality WiFi as VP of Sales for Latin America & the Caribbean, and after seven successful years in the position, he recently accepted the role of VP of Global Business Development  for Hospitality WiFi International.

Miguel’s years of experience as a project manager addressing the implementation of solutions in the field, particularly networking solutions, is invaluable to Hospitality WiFi International as he expands his horizons beyond Latin American hotels, bringing this experience to hotels around the world  to improve their guest experience with Hospitality WiFi International solutions.

 

Miguel also has 31 years of experience across the range of Information Technology, including Technical Support, Programming, Database Architecture, Database Administration, Computer Center Management, Technical Support Management, and Logistics Coordination from the IT perspective. Prior to joining SAY Security, Miguel worked in Mexico for successful firms in the banking, poultry, and automotive industries.

Craig Wheeler

Vice President, SE Asia, Middle East, and Africa

Craig Wheeler

Craig Wheeler started his working career as an Industrial Chemist working for one of Australia’s largest corporations, and then worked for US multinational chemical companies as a Technical Sales Consultant.

​

For the next 20 years, his role of security management/consultant working in the hospitality industry has enabled him to understand a broad range of client needs, from the owner of a property to the guest that uses it.

​

Over the past 10 years, Craig’s involvement in static and mobile CCTV Technologies has allowed him to grow into the WiFi technology market space, and his hospitality experience makes him a perfect fit for Hospitality WiFi International. Craig’s goal in business is not only to meet but exceed his customers’ needs and provide them with a service second to none. Craig’s regional teams are strong and dynamic and will help their clients to design and build cost-effective turnkey solutions.

​

Craig’s love of golf also enables him and his clients to spend time outside the office trying to get that handicap down.

​

Craig is married with 3 beautiful daughters and a son.

Brad Warr

Vice President, APAC

Brad Warr

Brad started out his working career as a Police Officer in the New South Wales Police Force. During his policing career, Brad worked in numerous roles such as a general duties officer, plain clothes officer with the Pro-Active Crime Prevention Team, and also with the Riot Squad. Following this, Brad spent several years as a Senior Personal Trainer and Personal Training Manager for Virgin Active Health Clubs.

​

Always seeking new challenges, Brad moved into the security and hospitality industries as the CEO of a specialised security equipment solutions provider working with government, private, and public sectors, which he has done for the past 7 years.

​

Brad holds formal qualifications in Policing, Personal Training, and Mechanical Engineering.

 

During his spare time, Brad enjoys keeping reptiles and exotic fish, as well as camping and keeping fit. He is married with 2 beautiful daughters.

Trudi Chambers

International Sales & Account Manager

Trudi Chambers

Trudi Chambers brings with her over twenty years of knowledge and experience in the hospitality space across multiple platforms, IPTV/VOD, wired and wireless networking into independent and large-scale hotelier brands in partnership with streaming companies. Her business experience, including responsibility for sales, support, marketing, and operations across Australia and Asia, has rewarded her with strong relationships.

​

Additionally, Trudi spent 3 years as Country Manager at FCS, where she gained greater understanding of front and back of house processes, solidifying her ability to provide solution-based offerings for hotels. Her customer relationship expertise continues to bind her to the industry and ensure the right solution for each and every client.

Siva Sivadheeban

Regional Installation/Technical Manager

Siva Sivadheeban

Siva Sivadheeban joined Hospitality WiFi International after a decade working in the Hospitality Guest Technology sector in Asia Pacific.

​

Siva previously held the positions of APAC Presales Engineering Manager for GuestTek and South Pacific Operations Manager for Intertouch over the past eleven years, positioning Siva to conquer his new role with Hospitality WiFi International.

​

Siva holds a Master of Science degree for System-on-Chip Design from KTH, Stockholm and a Bachelor of Science Engineering honours degree for Electronics and Telecommunications from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

 

Siva has a passion for technology and customer service and is well respected by hotels and his peers in the Hospitality industry across Asia Pacific.

Robby Hartanto

Regional Manager/Sales and Technical Support

Robby Hartanto

Robby Hartanto is based in Indonesia and brings a wealth of technical expertise to his new role with Hospitality WiFi International. With more than 13 years’ experience across multiple international chains such as Accor and IHG, Robby gained his Bachelor Degree of Computer Science in Indonesia.

​

Since then, he has worked as a Software and Program Engineer until more recently expanding his expertise to IT Management, overseeing hotel technology systems and WiFi installations. His dedication to service excellence has seen him become a very respected part of the IT community in Indonesia.

​

In his spare time, Robby enjoys playing drums, working with Novation Launchpad, and travelling.

Rudy Regenass

Regional Sales Manager, Africa

Rudy Regenass

Rudy was originally born in Lusaka, Zambia, then emigrated with his family to Johannesburg, South Africa, then to Cape Town, South Africa. After high school, Rudy completed 2 years compulsory military service in the South African Air Force and then completed a degree in Metallurgy.

​

Rudy worked as a technical sales manager for a large South African chemical company, where he specialised in water treatment, specifically corrosion, and microbiology treatments, as well as uses of speciality chemicals used in offshore oil exploration.

​

Always the innovator, Rudy started his own business in industrial wastewater treatment, which he sold to start another company, manufacturing specialised ozone generating equipment for disinfection and sterilisation of large-scale water plants. This successful company is currently an international supplier to Coca-Cola and several well-known water brands for their bottled water sterilisation. This involved extensive travel throughout Africa and its different cultures.

​

Rudy’s interests are adventurous and include skydiving, triathlons, and adventure hiking. He has two children, a daughter who is studying teaching in Cape Town and a son who works in aquaculture in Mississippi, USA.

Melanie Swiderek

Marketing Manager

Melanie Swiderek

Melanie Swiderek joined Hospitality WiFi in 2012 to head its Marketing efforts. She holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and spent several years studying how messages affect beliefs, which led to her current focus on Marketing Communications.

​

Prior to joining Hospitality WiFi, Melanie gained more than 10 years of experience in technical writing, patent writing, and content creation. She has worked for a variety of high-tech companies and electronics standards creation groups in the areas of industrial wireless communication, mobile communication, and enterprise network technology, and she is listed as co-inventor on a patent related to mobile asset location using electronic tags. Her career has straddled the boundary between marketing and technical communications.

​

Melanie is married with 2 stepdaughters and 4 rescued feline furkids. She spends much of her personal time volunteering with Shiloh Church UCC, where she currently serves as the Vice President and contributes to the Marketing team and the Personnel committee, as well as engaging in a number of ongoing service projects such as Rebuilding Together Dayton. She also enjoys volunteering with the local Five Rivers Metroparks and various other community organizations. In her spare time, she also enjoys reading books and playing video games.
